This notice explains how Surflex Pty Ltd trading as Ground Rule Compliance (GroundRule) handles personal information submitted through this website.

The website hosting provider may also generate basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser information and request timing, for security, reliability and spam prevention.

- confirm inspection scope, access and scheduling requirements;
- maintain normal business and enquiry records;
